When will my membership be confirmed?
Once investors have completed their application, ID verification and investment is confirmed, the operator will make an official offer of membership, based on the minimum investment level outlined above.
Do I have to invest to become a member?
Memberships are limited, however the operator will make the exclusive offer of membership positions available to investors. Investors can decide to take-up their membership, allocate to someone else, or return to the operator. There will only be as many membership positions as investors, protecting the user experience. Surplus inventory from membership returned to the operator will be utilised for private and corporate event packages.
Does an investor have to take up a membership?
Membership is entirely optional for investors. Investors are offered a membership position each year for as long as they hold units in the trust. If the investor does not take up their membership, the investor may nominate their membership position to someone else or pass it up for the year and the operator will use the wave and accommodation inventory and monetise it either as additional purchased surfing hours or room nights to members or through private and corporate events.

Prior to each season beginning, members can pre-book their upcoming season of surfing and nights in the hotel. However, extra inventory will be reserved to enable a member to make ad hoc bookings throughout the season.
How do I know I’ll be able to go when I want to book?
